Program Director, Jordan Bayly

A member of the lacrosse community in Washington state for over 20 years, Coach Bayly continues to have a positive impact. As the first ever two-time HS All-American in state history, Bayly completed his prep career earning All-State honors in all four years. As a longtime founding member of the boys lacrosse team at Issaquah HS, Coach Bayly helped develop the skills of many All-State and All-American players. During Bayly’s tenure, Issaquah reached the State Championship seven times, winning in 2004, 2008 and 2009. He was voted Assistant Coach of the Year by the WHSBLA twice (’04,’09), and together with brother and Hall of Fame coach Brandon Fortier, made one of the all-time winningest coaching staffs in state history, collecting nearly 250 wins from 2001-2015.

“The speed and skill of the game are what make lacrosse great, and the girls game has no lack of either. I want to share my skills, experience and knowledge, while respecting and maintaining the safety and integrity of the game that already exists in girls lacrosse. When coached, played, and officiated properly, the girls game is a blast to participate in, and I’m excited to continue learning as the game evolves.”
